Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn or unused. Notify us of any damage or defects within 14 days of delivery. Returned merchandise will only receive a refund for the items returned; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges are available for store credit. Please contact us directly to arrange an exchange so we can determine the best process for your item.

Refund Policy
All sales on hunts or hunt deposits are final; no refunds will be issued. Exceptions to this policy will only be made under specific circumstances and are at our sole discretion. These circumstances may include:

  • Cancelation of the hunt or trip by the outfitter.

  • Significant changes to the terms of the hunt or trip that were not communicated at the time of booking.

 

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing, and approval is not guaranteed. We encourage you to carefully review all details of your hunt or trip before making a purchase or placing a deposit.
