We have both archery and rifle seasons available on our Western Colorado ranch in Unit 421, south of Grand Junction. 
 
Both deer and elk tags are guaranteed (deer voucher) and we have both guided and unguided hunts; mostly on private land. You can draw deer tag with minimal points (0-1 points), but if you don't, outfitter can provide deer vouchers for $1,000.
 
Rifle deer and bull elk hunts have been about 100% shot opportunity for the last 5 years and archery has been almost as successful. 100% private ranch includes alfalfa as well as thicker terrain and hills on guided hunt.
 
Unguided hunts include camp – (cabin, kitchen, water, wood) on private ranch with alfalfa fields to hunt as well as landlocked BLM with no hunter pressure. Deer, elk and bear tags are all over the counter tags. Deer, elk and bear can all be taken with no trophy fee.
